I was able to schedule a time that was convenient for me. They arrive about 10 min. early which was fine. They introduced themselves and then wanted to be shown where the old tank was. It went great! The leak happened on Thursday, but because so many people had problems due to the super cold spell we had, they were not able to come until Friday morning. They arrived early, went over what they would do, their pricing, etc. They covered areas that needed protection, and proceeded to trace the leak and replace the damaged pipe. They carefully cleaned up any mess, presented their bill, went over what I should do to submit a claim to my insurance company, and left. They were extremely courteous and very knowledgeable and experienced.

After my husband discover a small leak in the ceiling downstairs last night, I called Cross & Sons (have used them before) around 8 am, scheduled with Lori (very friendly and accommodating). Within 30 minutes,  Lloyd and Johnny were at the house! I've used Cross & Sons several times over the past 10 years and I wouldn't call anyone else.  They arrive when scheduled, charge a fair price, and always make me feel like I am dealing with someone who knows what they are doing!  

They were at my house just this week and I couldn't have been more pleased with the end result.  A metal back-flow valve cover had broken off and wedged in the main line from my house.  It took them all day, but they worked it out rather than having to tear up my floors or my front porch to get to it. Every time I thought they were ready to give up and start considering demolition to get to the pipe, they tried something else... until they got it done!!  I have to wonder if another plumber would have given that much effort to protect my home and avoid tearing up some part of the structure of the house.  I hope I never need to call a plumber again, but if I do, this is who I will call!

Awesome service, called in for emergency for a pipe that I can't fit it in on the water pump. Told the dispatcher I need it ASAP, in 30 mins Seth & Derrick show up and installed the pipe to the pump. Thanks to them I was on time for my final inspection to close my house today.
